And it was awesome!
I felt like it was very relatable movie, composed of both childhood nostalgia and desire, coupled with a fantasy-esque setting you could lose yourself in. It made me remember being 12, wanting to fit in and explore the world around me. It was subtle how love was explained, and anyone who has experienced a romance that was felt could trump all would be able to side with this movie. It was a demonstration of the difference in relationships, quality and age. Every person has a relation with either a job or person that was falling apart or beginning anew.
I would rank this #2 out of my favorite Wes Anderson flicks. It was a great movie and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good movie to see.
